The connection we made with the people in Arenal was wonderful! We got to hang out with the kids which is also great and we also got to meet with the teachers as well. I enjoyed sitting outside and talking to the caretaker as well. He has a lot of very insightful things to say. Come find out later in the day, he is actually a person of position in the village of Arenal as well. Make these kinds of connections with the people here is exactly why we come here and are always so excited to come back for future trips. Seeing their reaction when we got all the computers set up and running for them was awesome. They were so grateful and I feel blessed just being able to help them as much as we have.
