Today was defiantly not your normal day in Belize. We got to visit the Mennonite community on our way to duck run. This was a very beautiful area of Belize. It reminded me of back home with all the farm field except the trees in the field were palm trees instead of apple trees. Our adventures out there included visiting Duck Run school, getting some american style food at Midway, and some Mennonite ice cream to finish up. We continued our adventures over at Xunantunich where we climbed around on the ruins. We finished up with a shopping spree at the local markets by the river. All in all it was a wonderful day.
