Even though English is the national language in Belize a lot of the children just started leaning it. This makes it hard to communicate a lot of the times. But one thing I learned in Belize is that no matter where you are in the world there are a few things that can be understood in any culture. These things are a smile and laughter. Both things show to person you are interacting with that you are at comfortable and enjoying what ever you two are doing together. The kids here have so much joy inside of them. We spent sometime blowing bubbles with them and they thought it was the coolest thing in the world and would giggle and giggle.
